Answer:
The reported issue is with the URL https://infoweb-newsbank-com.access-proxy.sno-isle.org/apps/news/document-view in Firefox 148.0 on Windows 11. The user is unable to view images of newspaper pages, which start to load and then disappear. The console log mentions a problem with WebGL.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open the URL
https://infoweb-newsbank-com.access-proxy.sno-isle.org/apps/news/document-viewin Firefox 148.0 on Windows 11. - Attempt to view a newspaper image.
- Observe as the image starts to load, appears complete, and then disappears.
Possible Solutions:
- Update Firefox: Ensure that Firefox is updated to the latest version.
- Disable WebGL: Temporarily disable WebGL to see if it resolves the issue. To do this, type
about:configin the address bar and search forwebgl.disabled. Set it totrueand restart Firefox. - Check System Requirements: Ensure that the system meets the minimum requirements for WebGL.
- Safe Mode: Launch Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the
Shiftkey while starting the browser. If the issue is resolved in Safe Mode, it may be due to an add-on or extension. - Reinstall Firefox: As a last resort, try uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox.
If none of the above solutions work, it might be a bug that needs to be reported to Mozilla.
